Description

Cantharellus Cibarius Extract is a brown-yellow powder derived from the fruiting bodies of the mushroom through water or alcohol extraction, concentration, and spray drying. Chanterelle mushrooms are known for their high content of crude protein (17–21%), essential amino acids, carotene, vitamins C and D, as well as minerals like potassium, iron, zinc, and calcium, with a very low fat content. The extract is standardized by polysaccharide content (10–50%, typically 30%) or by extraction ratio (10:1). The product is food-grade and certified under ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Halal, Kosher, HACCP standards. Parameters such as stability, solubility, and adherence to specifications are important for ensuring the quality of the final product.
