Description
Cabbage extract is a powdered form derived from the leaves of the cruciferous vegetable. It is a source of beta-carotene, vitamin C, and dietary fiber. The product contains glucosinolates and sulforaphane, as well as anthocyanins and indole-3-carbinol, which are subjects of research regarding their biological activities.
