Description
Organic black raspberry powder is produced from fresh Rubus occidentalis berries through freeze-drying, low-temperature cell wall disruption, and aseptic grinding. Freeze-drying at temperatures below -40 °C preserves over 95% of heat-sensitive components like anthocyanins, ellagic acid, and vitamin C, unlike hot air drying. Cell wall disruption reduces particle size from 50 μm to less than 10 μm, significantly increasing the release rate of active compounds and bioavailability. The final product is sterilized to achieve a low microbial count, meeting requirements, for instance, for infant formula. The product is certified according to ISO9001/ISO22000/HALAL/Kosher/Organic standards.
