Description
Vitamin A Palmitate 250/500CWD is presented as pale yellow to yellow-brown beadlets. These microencapsulated beadlets are manufactured using advanced spray and starch capture drying technology. Individual granules containing vitamin A palmitate are finely dispersed in a gum arabic and sucrose matrix and then coated with cornstarch. The product is stabilized with DL-alpha-tocopherol for enhanced stability. The microencapsulated vitamin A palmitate powder rapidly and completely disperses in cold water, juice, milk, and other liquids, maintaining stability for extended periods.
