Description
Super Chlorophyll Powder is a dark green or blackish-green powder with a characteristic odor. It dissolves easily in water and ethanol solutions, forming a transparent emerald green liquid whose intensity increases with concentration. The product demonstrates good light and heat resistance, ensuring reliable stability. It imparts natural plant green tones and possesses strong coloring power. While its stability against light and heat is slightly weaker in liquid systems, it performs well in solid food products. Precipitation will form in solutions with a pH lower than 6. This product is most suitable for neutral or alkaline food products with a pH range of 7 to 12. Its basis is a porphyrin ring with aliphatic hydrocarbon side chains. Purchasers should consider the recommended pH range for optimal color stability and to prevent precipitation.
