Description

Freeze-dried Aloe Vera powder is a concentrated product obtained from the inner gel of Aloe Vera plant leaves. The production process involves manual filleting of leaves, grinding the gel, filtration, vacuum concentration, and subsequent freeze-drying. This method preserves the maximum amount of active substances, including mucopolysaccharides such as Acemannan. The product appears as a white powder with a characteristic odor and taste, with a pH range of 3.5-4.7. It is standardized by O-acetylpolysaccharide content (minimum 80,000 mg/kg) and low aloin levels (not exceeding 0.1 ppm). Used as a raw material for the cosmetic and food industries. Complies with Organic, FDA, ISO, Kosher, Halal standards.
